Data-Driven Leadership Strategic Decision-Making in the Age of AI & Analytics

Most leaders now have more data than they have frameworks to judge it.
In a data-rich, AI-enabled environment, leadership is no longer defined by intuition alone. The strongest leaders read data critically, challenge the assumptions behind it, and make high-stakes decisions with confidence, even without a technical background. Yet many now have more dashboards, KPIs, and AI-generated forecasts in front of them than they have frameworks to judge them by. This three-day programme closes that gap. It builds the strategic data literacy leaders need to interrogate evidence, direct analytics toward the right questions, and lead with judgement in an era of algorithmic insight. Positioned as the capstone of data fluency, it completes the BML and NTU leadership pathway.
As analytics and AI move from specialist tools to everyday decision inputs, the constraint shifts from access to interpretation. Leaders who can ask the right questions of data hold the advantage.
