He is a senior executive in capital delivery and asset strategy, and has led programmes for global operators, national estates and government bodies across three continents. He has built delivery teams and divisions from nothing.
Clients bring him the programmes that are difficult: where cost has moved, where governance is under scrutiny, where a market is unfamiliar, or where a team has to be built while the work is already running. He leads a small number of engagements directly each year and sets the standard the firm delivers to on the rest.
