We store or access information on your device only where this website cannot work without it. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, who else handles it, and the rights you have.

What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation if you give it, and your message.
- Booking a call: the name, email address and any notes you enter on our Google Calendar booking page.
- Email and calls: what you send us, and our notes of the conversation.
- Visits to the site: counts of pages viewed, the sites that referred you, and your country and type of device, gathered by Plausible Analytics without cookies and without identifying you.
Please do not send health information or other sensitive personal data through the form.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange any conversation you ask for.
- To prepare a proposal, or take other steps you ask for, before any contract.
- To see which pages are read, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your data, add you to a mailing list, or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and running this website. Where you ask us to prepare a proposal, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract.
Who else handles it
- Web3Forms delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. It operates from India, keeps a copy of each submission for up to three years under its terms, and uses providers in other countries, including the United States.
- Google Workspace runs our email and calendars, including the booking page. Google’s own privacy policy also covers your use of its booking page.
- Plausible Analytics, based in the EU with its servers in Germany, provides our visit counts.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it from attack.
Where these providers handle data outside the UK, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for two years from our last contact, then delete them. If we go on to work together, we keep records for as long as our contract and the law require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Email info@blocxmatrix.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to put it right first.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. Our visit counts come from Plausible Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Links to LinkedIn, Google and other sites take you to services with their own cookie and privacy policies.
If we ever add a tool that needs cookies, we will ask your permission first and update this page.
Changes to this policy
